I dunno why I had to say "Happy" before "Leap Day", but I suppose, that's what everyone else is saying, cos today, we have an extra day in our calendar, which happens only every after 4 years! So...
Happy Leap Day!

BTW, good luck to the women who'll propose to their men today!
Last January 26, 2012, Bonnie Wright's first on-set photo in her directorial debut "Separate We Come, Separate We Go" surfaced the net. 11 days later, 5 February, 2012, The film's official Twitter page tweeted a photo of lead actress, Emily Dunham, who plays the role of "Thea" in the film. Then on the 23rd of February, another on-set photo was posted on their Twitter page, which shows Bonnie talking to David Thewlis (whose character will later be the friend of Thea) and Emily Dunham.

Bonnie Wright and David Thewlis have worked together in the Harry Potter franchise, where they played the roles of Ginny Weasley and Remus Lupin, respectively."Separate We Come, Separate We Go" willbe part of the London College of Communication Graduate Film project and will be presented in 2012 in the graduate show.
Here's a video of Bonnie Wright discussing "Separate We Come, Separate We Go":
Willa Jackson wants nothing to do with the Blue Ridge Madam, a beautiful house on top of the ridge of Walls of Water, North Carolina which her family used to own. It symbolises her family's ruin and a legacy she longs to escape from.
Paxton Osgood, a wealthy girl who wants to escape from her parents' expectations and the heartbreak of unrequited love, then decides to restore the old and empty mansion to its former glory.
Before long, secrets unfold, a friendship that stands against time, and a touch magic transforms the lives of the two women in the most unexpected of ways.
Magical, mysterious, and beautifully-crafted, Sarah Addison Allen's latest novel, The Peach Keeper, is the one to read!
Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho
I picked to read this novel for Valentine's Day, and I simply loved it! I guess, one way or another, any girl would be able to relate to Maria's story, as she explores the pain of first loves, the secrets and sensuality of sex, and what it takes to find her one true love.
My favourite book by Paulo Coelho so far!
Accessorize Floral Print Fine Frame
When I learned that my crazy headaches during the past few weeks were caused by my now-somewhat-poor-but-not-that-bad eyesight, I instantly opted for the very fashionable and reasonably-priced frames by Accessorize, and let my optometrist change the lenses according to my .75 grade.
2 Cellos
The first time I saw these hot Croatian cellists, namely Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser, on the Ellen Degeneres Show, I was simply amazed by their impeccable performance of the Guns N' Roses classic "Welcome to the Jungle". Then, when they had a guest appearance on Glee's Michael Jackson episode, playing "Smooth Criminal" (the song which rocketed them to fame, early 2011) I just fell in love with them!
They're young. They're hot. And they're incredibly talented. What's not to love about these guys?! I literally worn my 2 Cellos CD in just three days!

Looks like Katniss has got competition!
Anyhow, hooray for heroines! Girl power, re-defined!
They say that you are what you wear, just like how you are what you eat. And with my ensemble for today:a tank top underneath a sweatshirt + a denim skirt over an undeniably dark pair of tights + boots, and not to mention, my underwear - just a few pieces that I have which I'm very comfortable wearing - you can say that I'm a creative person, who mixes and matches her clothes. You might also find me too clothed for the tropical Philippine weather. Or, you could've also thought I'm such a steal, wondering where I got my sweatshirt or my boots cos they are cute... unphilosophically speaking.
However, I must've done something utterly wrong with what I wore, because the security guard and librarian found something indecent with what I was wearing, and didn't let me enter the library unless I wore something more "appropriate", because they said that my skirt is too short.
But what is appropriate, really? Isn't what I was wearing appropriate? Does it ruin the reputation of my school? Do I look like a whore? Does my look reveal too much skin? It's not as though I'm naked! I'm bloody wrapped up in an awful lot of clothes! People in leggings and an ordinary T-shirt get to enter the library! How is that any different with a skirt over tights? Does it mean, if I take my skirt off they'll let me in? Even the people in the very conservative Catholic Church let me in!
I just don't get it, and I just want to clear this off my chest.
I wish that no girl, erm, anybody else, would be shunned from entering the library again for what they're wearing. If you'll ask me, I find it rather stupid.
Adding up to the star-studded roster of Bench endorsers, which include music icon Bruno Mars and Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale, is American Idol 7 runner-up David Archuleta, who won the hearts of many Filipinos with his boy-next-door charm and exceptional singing voice.
17 February, 2012, the Philippines' leading clothing and lifestyle brand launched David Archuleta as their newest model, with a musical fashion show like no other before. The theme: School Spirit!
Opening the fashion show were gorgeous models who strutted down the runway with the clothing line's most colourful collection touched with a lot of school attitude. Cheerleaders and what seemed like hip-hop street dancers also excited the audience with their impressive dance moves and stunts.
After a long wait (fans have been lining up in the venue since morning that day!), the most awaited person of the night was finally called.
A brilliant explosion of red, white, and silver confetti filled the area as an ever-so-cheerful David Archuleta, clad in a shirt that says "Nandito Ako sa Bench" (a reference to his upcoming TV show on TV 5), denim pants, and a very casual blazer, appeared on the Bench stage in the middle of thousands and thousands of thrilled fans.
His first song of the night was "Nandito Ako", originally sung by local singer/songwriter Ogie Alcasid, which would be the theme song of the TV show of the same title he will star in. He impressed the Filipino crowd by singing the Tagalog song without any hint of his American accent.
He then sang his hit song "Touch My Hand", while literally reaching out his hand to crazed fans. He also showed off his impeccable piano skills by playing the Beatles classic "Let It Be", mashing it up with two other songs. The audience enthusiastically sang along as David performed his very first post-Idol single "Crush". And wrapping up the mini-concert slash musical fashion show, and announcing that his appearance for the night would be his last time performing on-stage before he kicks off his 2-year church mission, David played the keys again to Vanessa Carlton's "A Thousand Miles".
Right after the show, lucky fans got to have David sign their Bench campaign photos.
If you missed last night's show, you can catch David and have an autograph later today at SM Megamall at 4 PM, and at SM City North EDSA The Block Atrium at 6 PM.
Even though I've said that I hate Valentine's Day (and I still do), I'm honestly having a good time these past few days! For starters, I saw my high school crush (whom I'm still head over heels in love with!). Then I dreamt about him the other night. I received Victoria Beckham's autograph. My cousin and I watched "The Woman in Black" last Sunday. And last night, papa gave me, my mum, my aunt, and my grand mum long stem roses.
Right now, I'm listening to Ingrid Michaelson's song "Everybody", which I think you should listen to too!
Any 90's baby would understand fully why I'm a big fan of THE Victoria Beckham - it's because of the Spice Girls! Since I was a little girl of three, I'd be singing Spice Girls songs all day long while MTV played them. My favourites? Say You'll Be There and Wannabe (of course!). Another reason why I'm a big fan of Victoria is because I just love her fashion sense. She just brings a different brand of magnificence with her wherever she goes! And I guess that's what makes her so POSH!
So, on the 19th of January this year, I sent her a fan mail, telling her how much I adore her, etcetera, etcetera! Then today, I received her reply!
I woke up from my afternoon nap, and found out that another brilliant music icon has died.
Whitney Houston, the phenomenal singer who was rocketed to fame with hits "The Greatest Love of All" and "I Will Always Love You", was found dead in her hotel room in Beverly Hills, California by her bodyguard. She was pronounced dead at 3:55 pm. According to Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen, there were "no obvious signs of criminal intent."
Her cause of death is still being investigated. She was 48.
My cousin's prom was held last Wednesday (8 February, 2012) at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel. The theme? VINTAGE!
The moment I learned this year's theme, I almost cried in envy! Vintage is my dream theme, because I know I could pull it off with all the pastels and floral prints, but it was never picked during my high school days. During my time, we had Masquerade and Agent 007, which I could confidently say... SUCKED!
Anyway, my cousin's prom was simply lovely. I'm not pleased with what the girls wore, because most of them didn't stick to the dress code, but anyhow, I'm sure they all had an amazing night. And just so you know, I did too!
For starters, I met my high school bestie, Felis, and we talked about Wicked for what seemed like forever. I also got to see my other high school friends, like Mei Li and Rodji. I convinced Felis' baby sister, Psalm, that I'm not a monster, and she started to get along with me. I had some ravioli and pizza with my mum, aunt, and grandmum at Bistro Ravioli (great food, reasonable prices!) for dinner. It was also nice seeing my high school teachers. But, the best part of the night: I GOT TO SEE MY HIGH SCHOOL CRUSH!!! He's still in his senior year, and he looked really dapper with his coat and tie.
Gosh, I miss being in high school!
That's my mum, my aunt, and my grandmum
We never hung out together that much, so that night was really special for us...
Adorable!!!
